The target of this education is for the early careerist.
The focus of this education is to advance capabilities by enhancing trust and incorporating inclusivity in leadership strategies that shape the organizational culture. The education will dive into the three Cs of trust: Commitment, Caring and Competence. Participants will be engaged in interactive discussions on strategies they currently utilize when building trust. Speakers will share ideas and examples about strategies that can be utilized to enhance trust. Speakers will share ideas and examples about how inclusivity can be a part of their leadership toolbox. The importance of trust and inclusivity will be discussed in the context of shaping the organizational culture.
