This presentation will address the macro and micro factors negatively impacting patient trust with their providers and provider organizations today. AMF Media conducted a patient trust survey from over 2,400 respondents in early 2025, and this presentation will review the results from that survey and encourage attendee dialogue about those results. Topics specifically addressed will be what enhances or breaks trust, the behaviors of patients and providers that indicate trust is broken or being repaired, and the factors that can foster trust building. This session will depict the current state of patient trust and should begin a robust dialogue about how our organizations should respond.
