Dr. Tia Warrick is a public health leader, educator, and entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience in epidemiology, clinical research, and academic program development. She serves as the Public Health Director and Assistant Professor of Biology at Juniata College, where she also directs the Master of Public Health program—focusing on equipping students with real-world skills and essential public health competencies.
Dr. Warrick holds a Doctor of Health Science, a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Her research and leadership roles span institutions such as Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, the University at Buffalo Neurosurgery, and Contract Research Organizations, where she specialized in clinical trial design, project management, and regulatory strategy.
As the Founder and CEO of Lesous Consulting LLC, Dr. Warrick leads a public health and life sciences consultancy that provides strategic support in clinical trial feasibility, protocol development, AI-driven software, and workforce development. Lesous Consulting partners with healthcare systems, startups, and academic institutions to streamline research operations and build capacity through innovative, evidence-based solutions.
