Otis C. Fagan is a seasoned healthcare executive with over two decades of experience leading high-performing medical practices and service lines across vascular, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal specialties. As the Director for the Divisions of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at Hartford HealthCare Medical Group, he drives strategic growth, operational excellence, and patient-centered care through innovative methodologies, including LEAN and H3W.
Previously, Otis served as Practice Manager for Baystate Health’s Cardiovascular Ambulatory Practices, where he oversaw a $30 million budget and led a team of nearly 100 clinical professionals. His leadership was instrumental in integrating private practices into hospital systems, expanding regional services, and implementing population health programs.
Otis began his healthcare management career at Comprehensive Orthopedics & Musculoskeletal Care, where he spearheaded EMR implementation, optimized billing operations, and opened new clinical sites.
A Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives (MGMA), Otis is also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and an active contributor to professional development initiatives, including MGMA conferences and diversity leadership fellowships.
He is an experienced healthcare executive with a strong track record in leading multi-specialty medical practices, driving operational excellence, and enhancing patient care.
