    Chris Franklin is the president of LocumTenens.com, the nation’s largest provider of locum tenens services and a recognized leader in healthcare staffing. With more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare and technology staffing industry, Chris brings strategic vision, operational expertise, and deep industry knowledge to his role. His leadership has been instrumental in driving LocumTenens.com’s exponential growth and reinforcing its reputation as an innovator in optimizing healthcare staffing operations.


    Under Chris’s guidance, LocumTenens.com now supports more than 150 medical specialties and serves over 90% of the nation’s top healthcare facilities—placing more than 7,000 clinicians each year who deliver care to more than 10 million patients. He has led the company’s expansion across flexible, hybrid, and temporary staffing solutions for physicians, advanced practitioners, social workers, and psychologists—ensuring uninterrupted patient care across the U.S.


    Chris is passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences, building high-performing teams, and cultivating a culture that has earned consistent recognition as a “Best Place to Work” and recipient of ClearlyRated’s “Best of Staffing” awards. He is also a champion of corporate responsibility, making social impact a strategic business priority.
