    Samantha Beatty, FACMPE, is the Director of Operations at Women’s Healthcare Associates in Portland, Oregon. She has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare operations ranging from opening new practices, working in large hospital systems with employed physicians, and, most recently, working with larger private practice groups in the Pacific Northwest. She has learned, applied, and successfully taught Carpenter Smith Consulting’s leadership framework in both large and small organizations, and effectively implemented their tools with leadership teams in her current practice.
