Jessica Wu currently serves as the Manager of the Better Practice Solutions team at UCLA Health, where she leads a group of analysts driving financial sustainability initiatives across the ambulatory enterprise. Prior to her current role, she established and led multiple high-impact teams that specialized in building and scaling new operational frameworks to enhance care delivery. Such roles included Program Manager of Scheduling Infrastructure, where she established the Access Standards Workgroup responsible for standardizing Epic infrastructure across the health system, and Manager of Ambulatory Schedule, where she launched the system's first centralized template management team. She holds an MPA from USC's Sol Price School of Public Policy and a BA in Sociology from UCLA.
