Anu graduated from the University of Florida with a Master's in Health Administration and later earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She began her career at Westchester Medical Center and Columbia University Medical Center, completing an administrative fellowship. Following her fellowship, Anu advanced to various management roles within the Department of Urology at Columbia University Medical Center.
Anu then joined the University of Maryland, Faculty Practice Inc. as a Division Administrator, where she oversaw clinical operations, process improvement, human capital, and the finances of three clinical divisions. Currently, Anu serves as the Division Administrator/Associate Administrator for the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism and the Division of Occupational and Environmental Medicine at Johns Hopkins Medicine. Her responsibilities include business development, regulatory oversight, contract management, and clinical operations that support clinics nationwide. Additionally, Anu has participated in the highly ranked University of Baltimore Law School’s Community Development Clinic, assisting clients with structuring nonprofit entities, business planning, governance, and regulatory oversight for nonprofits and community organizations. Outside of her professional life, Anu enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with her family and friends.
