Carolyn Bruebaker-Moore is the Vice President of Operations for the PeaceHealth Medical Group's Oregon region where she leads ambulatory services across primary care, medical specialties, surgical specialties, behavioral health, and ancillary services. PeaceHealth is a nonprofit Catholic health system serving communities in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska with over 16,000 caregivers, 3,180 clinicians, 9 medical centers, 1,530 beds, 170 primary and specialty care clinics, and $2.3 billion in payroll annually. Housing level II and level III trauma centers, a heart and vascular institute, certified primary stroke center, inpatient behavioral health unit, bariatric surgery program, cancer care and an infusion center, childbirth and neonatal intensive care unit, neurosurgery and neuro-endovascular care, robotic surgical services, and a Gamma Knife center, patient demand for services in Oregon continues to grow. In addition, 8 cents of every dollar spent in the Oregon region goes toward community benefit equating to $106 million in our most recently closed fiscal year.
Carolyn has over 21 years of healthcare leadership experience, across academic and nonprofit mission-based organizations in the Pacific Northwest. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Oregon State University. Carolyn is also a certified clinical research professional as well as a Fellow Designee Certified Medical Practice Executive.
