Mona Miliner is a passionate and seasoned health care executive with over 28 years of industry
experience. Mona is a life-long learner with a track record for being a transformational leader,
problem-solver, and for being an expert in improving operational outcomes. She has an
extensive background in complex adult health care systems, academic medical centers,
pediatrics, and public health. Mona’s current role is Vice President of Operations at Penn State
Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center where she provides executive leadership and
management for over fifteen clinical and ancillary support departments and leads the system
operations for laboratory/pathology services. Additionally, Mona serves as ACHE’s Regent for
Pennsylvania and is the Founder/CEO for Creating No Limits, LLC.
Mona holds a Master of Health Administration degree from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio
with emphasis in management of hospital and long-term care facilities. Additionally, she has a
Bachelor of Science degree in Health with a Minor in Business Administration from Ohio
University in Athens, Ohio. Mona is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in the State
of Ohio. She is board certified in health care management, medical practice management, and
health care finance and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE),
American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE), Healthcare Financial Management
Association (HFMA) and American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA).
