Amanda Tufano, MHA, FACHE, FACMPE is a nationally recognized healthcare executive known for leading transformational change, advancing value-based care models, and scaling mission-driven organizations. With over 10 years of executive leadership experience, she currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at the Center for Reproductive Medicine, where she oversees strategic operations for a growing reproductive health practice in a competitive landscape. Previously, Amanda served as CEO of Genevive, Minnesota’s largest geriatric medical practice and as an independent consultant at Tufano Health, an independent consulting practice advising healthcare organizations nationwide.
Amanda is a dual fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Medical Group Management Association. She also holds certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace, Lean Methodology, and Six Sigma (Green Belt). She has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Star Tribune’s 2022 Top Midsize Company CEO and ACHE’s Thomas C. Dolan Diversity Executive Scholar. Passionate about shaping the future of healthcare leadership, Amanda is a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences, a faculty member and mentor with the University of Minnesota MHA program, and has held multiple national and state-level board roles.
