Nifty has spent the last 20+ years with Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) in roles responsible for financial leadership, operational improvement, and strategic planning. In her current role she serves as System Director of Finance for the Medical Group. She is currently the Vice Chair of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) Board of Directors. Nifty has formally served as Chair of the MGMA Finance and Audit Committee, the MGMA Assembly Council Steering Committee and the MGMA Financial Management Society. Additionally, she teaches graduate level Healthcare Finance at the University of Mary Hardin Baylor as an adjunct professor.
