Sherrie Bragg is a registered nurse with over 24 years of diverse clinical and leadership experience in healthcare. Sherrie's clinical experience spans intensive care, urgent care, occupational medicine, and ambulatory care. Over the past 13 years, Sherrie has demonstrated progressive leadership, embodying a servant leader approach that fosters collaboration and inclusivity. As a champion of Lean Six Sigma process improvement and evidence-based practice, she has made significant strides in operational excellence and workforce development.
Currently serving as Associate Chief Nursing Officer of Ambulatory Services in AtlantiCare, Sherrie oversees all ambulatory nursing areas outside of the hospital walls. This includes nursing and clinical support in AtlantiCare Physician Group, centralized nurse triage at Access Center, Cancer Centers, Team Diabetes, Wound Care Centers, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and Surgery Centers. Sherrie has been recognized by Modern Healthcare in 2024 as a Diversity Leader Rising Star, and by NJ Biz as Healthcare Hero in Public Health in 2021. She is active in local, state, and national nursing organizations. Professional affiliations include Organization for Nurse Leaders in New Jersey (ONL-NJ), American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL), Philippine Nurses Association (PNA), and American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing (AAACN). In AAACN, she is currently chair-elect of the Publications Committee and member of the Telehealth Special Interest Advisory Group. Sherrie's mission is to shape the future of ambulatory care for a high quality, seamless experience.
