    Abraham Cicchetti serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Health Career Connection (HCC), passionately advocating for empowering students and recent graduates to pursue meaningful careers in healthcare. His diverse experience, spanning startups to corporations in healthcare, education, and nonprofit sectors, is marked by consistent growth, profitability, and transformative leadership

    Cicchetti serves on multiple advisory boards and is an influential workforce development and education advocate. He is an Executive Board Member and Treasurer for the California Association for Healthcare Leaders (ACHE) and an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), and the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE). More recently, he was appointed as a national committee member at the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), overseeing programs, products, and services.

    Cicchetti holds a B.S. in Business Administration-Accountancy from California State University, Sacramento, and an M.S. in Healthcare Administration Interprofessional Leadership from the University of California, San Francisco. As a Certified Higher Education Professional (CHEP), he is committed to fostering excellence, innovation, and advocacy in healthcare leadership.
